The OB/GYNs and Nurse Practitioners at Meadows Women’s Center can assist patients in the likelihood of having their desired number of children and help determine the spacing in between pregnancies.
We can also help in preventing pregnancy through a variety of contraceptive methods and services.
Some Of Our Services Include:
- Birth control options
- Oral contraceptives
- Implanted contraceptives
- Intrauterine devices (IUD) — T-shaped birth control device that is inserted through the vagina and cervix into the uterus
- Diaphragm — soft rubber, latex or silicone cup that is filled with contraceptive jelly or cream and inserted into the vagina to cover the cervix
- Tubal ligation — outpatient laparoscopic procedure is also known as “getting your tubes tied”. This is permanent sterilization.
- Genetic screening
- Infertility counseling and treatment
- Preconception checkups
